BESD® System Features

BESD® is the system that allows you to combine structural, environmental and technological performance in a single “building approach”, reducing construction times and business risk, translating into lower project costs.
The use of BESD® technology allows the pre-construction construction of civil, industrial, public and strategic buildings, in use class IV with a Useful Life period equal to or greater than 100 years, even in areas at high seismic risk.
The load-bearing space frame structure, with rigid nodes, is made of high-strength steel, with bolted connections guaranteed to absorb seismic stresses in accordance with the most stringent national and international regulations. This structural typology allows the floor plan and façade to be freed from pillars and braces, allowing for the creation of glazed facades of the desired dimensions.
Starting from a single basic module, BESD® technology can generate a very high number of architectural and structural combinations, allowing the construction of multi-storey buildings with up to 60 levels .

Fully modular system for the production of building organisms in kit form, engineered and custom-made according to the architectural specifications of the requested project.

The architectural and structural components are manufactured in the factory, checked and pre-assembled to ensure the highest possible performance.

The BESD® construction system combines these aspects by using 100% natural conglomerates and insulation , coupled with a steel structure that guarantees a building structure that lasts more than 100 years.

The system’s thermal capabilities allow for energy savings of up to 85% , thanks to a thermal phase shift of up to 22 hours.

BESD® complies with the most stringent regulations regarding seismic prevention , ensuring total solidarity between the load-bearing and supported structures.

Thanks to the possibility of integrating all renewable energy supply systems and home automation management, BESD® is able to produce completely self-sufficient buildings .

BESD® gives the customer the possibility to choose between different levels of finishing, from advanced rough to turnkey.

The customer can choose from a wide range of finishes , thanks to the collaboration with various companies, but also decide firsthand which suppliers to use.

BESD® includes the system preparations in the prefabrication phase and is able to integrate the most advanced home automation management systems which, combined with the excellent thermo-technical and insulation characteristics of the system, provide a very high quality of indoor comfort .
