CONSTRUCTION PHASES

BESD is a comprehensive system that allows you to custom-build to the exacting specifications of any project, residential or commercial. While a structure can be framed on a construction site, it can be produced precisely, faster, and to a higher quality standard with BESD. There are 5 phases of BESD construction:

Our technical team virtually constructs the structure, generating detailed CAD drawings for every inch of the home, as well as a virtual reality rendering of the project. During the design and engineering phase, the team identifies and resolves any design issues while also incorporating specifications for utilities and finishing work, including windows, doors, and flooring. Our technicians and engineers also continuously review the project to ensure cost efficiency, material usage, production planning, logistics, and building completion.

Once the virtual construction of the structure has been completed and approved by the client, the off-site manufacturing phase begins. The accuracy of production during this phase is directly related to the work performed during the design and engineering phase.
All critical elements of the structural envelope, including wall panels and floor pans, are produced under controlled factory conditions.

Once all the structural elements have been manufactured in our factory, we begin preparation for their delivery to the construction site.

Once the structural envelope is completed, the builder can begin finishing work on both the interior and exterior simultaneously.
